Ivy Education is an educational enrichment center located at 19267 Colima Rd., Suites A–C, Rowland Heights, CA 91748. We offer after-school tutoring, summer enrichment programs, ELD instruction, advanced electives, and college consulting services for K–12 students. We are the sole data controller for the personal information collected through our programs and website.

Ivy Education communicates primarily through WeChat, email, and phone. By enrolling your child in our programs, you grant us permission to use such media for these purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing at the time of enrollment and we will honor your request.

Enrollment and payment records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized Ivy Education staff on a need-to-know basis. We retain your personal information for as long as your child is enrolled in our programs and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for administrative, legal, or regulatory purposes.

Our services are designed for K–12 students, and we collect information about minors only with the knowledge and consent of their parent or legal guardian. All student information is provided by and managed through the parent or guardian.
