Ivy Education is an educational enrichment center located at 19267 Colima Rd., Suites A–C, Rowland Heights, CA 91748. We offer after-school tutoring, summer enrichment programs, ELD instruction, advanced electives, and college consulting services for K–12 students. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you inquire about our programs, enroll your child, or contact us through our website, WeChat, email, or phone. This includes the names, ages, and grade levels of enrolled students, parent or guardian names, contact information including phone numbers and email addresses, academic background and learning needs relevant to program placement, and payment information processed securely through our accepted payment methods.

When you visit our website, we may also collect non-personally identifiable information such as browser type, pages visited, and general usage data through standard web analytics tools. This information is used solely to improve the experience of our website and is not linked to any individual.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to enroll and place students in the appropriate program level, communicate with parents and guardians about their child's progress, schedule, and any program updates, process payments and manage tuition records, send promotional information about our programs and seasonal offerings, and respond to inquiries submitted through our website or messaging platforms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We will never share your information with outside parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Communication Platforms

Ivy Education communicates primarily through WeChat, email, and phone. When you contact us through WeChat, please be aware that WeChat is a third-party platform with its own privacy policy and data practices. We encourage you to review WeChat's privacy policy separately. Any information you share with us through WeChat is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or managing your child's enrollment.

5. Photography and Media Consent

From time to time, Ivy Education may photograph or record students during class activities, events, or programs for use in our promotional materials, website, and social media channels. By enrolling your child in our programs, you grant us permission to use such media for these purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing at the time of enrollment and we will honor your request.

6. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Enrollment and payment records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized Ivy Education staff on a need-to-know basis. While we work hard to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your child is enrolled in our programs and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for administrative, legal, or regulatory purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for K–12 students, and we collect information about minors only with the knowledge and consent of their parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. All student information is provided by and managed through the parent or guardian.
